This M.O.L.L.E. based, multi-pocket
pouch is the answer to Tactical Advanced Airway Instrument
This handy pocket
organizer was initially designed for E.O.D. and similar jobs
that require rapid access to an organized set of tools. And
with multiple elastic loops and section dividers, this pack
holds all that one needs to manage bad airways in the

this little pack can attach to any pack, vest, or bag and
offers multiple carry options.
This pouch is built for easy deployment and
retrieval. There are several dividers that make
organization of your laryngoscope, blades, basic
airways, RSI equipment, and
other essentials a snap.
||Beginning with a basic framework, this pack has
multiple loops, slots, and pockets for organization
of your medical and advanced airway equipment. A
zippered pocket holds supplies firmly in place until
|In RSI Configuration
Basic airways, syringes, medications fit in the
loops on the zippered wall of the pack (the side
that opens away from the mounting wall). Although
one can pack all the RSI equipment needed in this
kit, for conservation of "real estate", one should
look at our RSI Pack.
The zippered compartment on the floor of the pack
holds a number of ET tubes comfortably.
We did the research ourselves and found that
although one can fit all sizes from 2.5mm to 8.0mm
in this pocket, perhaps a limited number of ET tubes
in their packages might be a better option. ET tube
selection should be mission specific.
|The "mounting" wall (the side with the
M.O.L.L.E. attachments) has a number of elastic
loops and an open pocket against the mounting wall;
great for Magills, Forceps, additional ET tubes
(most common sizes anticipated for use), syringes,
bite blocks, etc.
A Quick Recovery Pull is located
in the center of the top of the pack for rapid
recovery without completely "buttoning-up" should

floor/fold of the pack are both a strip of Velcro
and loops for your laryngoscope handle.
With the Quick Recovery Pull open to the fullest
extent, your kit can open "clam-shell" style fully
on the deck. Two external Velcro tabs help secure
your pack when a "rapid re-positioning" of personnel
requires you to move your "kit" in a hurry.
