Tactical Advanced Airway Pack

This M.O.L.L.E. based, multi-pocket pouch is the answer to Tactical Advanced Airway Instrument carry...

This handy pocket organizer was initially designed for E.O.D. and similar jobs that require rapid access to an organized set of tools. And with multiple elastic loops and section dividers, this pack holds all that one needs to manage bad airways in the tactical environment.

With the M.O.L.L.E. attachments on the back, this little pack can attach to any pack, vest, or bag and offers multiple carry options.

This pouch is built for easy deployment and retrieval. There are several dividers that make organization of your laryngoscope, blades, basic airways, RSI equipment, and other essentials a snap.

Beginning with a basic framework, this pack has multiple loops, slots, and pockets for organization of your medical and advanced airway equipment. A zippered pocket holds supplies firmly in place until needed.
In RSI Configuration

Basic airways, syringes, medications fit in the loops on the zippered wall of the pack (the side that opens away from the mounting wall). Although one can pack all the RSI equipment needed in this kit, for conservation of "real estate", one should look at our RSI Pack.

The zippered compartment on the floor of the pack holds a number of ET tubes comfortably.

NOTE: We did the research ourselves and found that although one can fit all sizes from 2.5mm to 8.0mm in this pocket, perhaps a limited number of ET tubes in their packages might be a better option. ET tube selection should be mission specific.
The "mounting" wall (the side with the M.O.L.L.E. attachments) has a number of elastic loops and an open pocket against the mounting wall; great for Magills, Forceps, additional ET tubes (most common sizes anticipated for use), syringes, bite blocks, etc.

A Quick Recovery Pull is located in the center of the top of the pack for rapid recovery without completely "buttoning-up" should the situation require a "rapid re-position" of personnel.

The Pack Laid Out

On the floor/fold of the pack are both a strip of Velcro and loops for your laryngoscope handle.

With the Quick Recovery Pull open to the fullest extent, your kit can open "clam-shell" style fully on the deck. Two external Velcro tabs help secure your pack when a "rapid re-positioning" of personnel requires you to move your "kit" in a hurry.

Multiple external M.O.L.L.E. points allow for the attachment of additional mini-packs such as the RSI Pack, BSI/PPE Case, M.O.L.L.E. Glove Pouch, First Contact Medical/Tool Carrier, etc. The M.O.L.L.E. points also allow for easy attachment of GRIMLOC Carabiners and provide a storing location for our EMS/Trauma Shears, or our line of ODM Instruments.

A generous portion of Velcro allow you to attach identifying patches to the kit as well.
