Rothco's new
All-Weather US Flag Patch is constructed of PVC with Velcro hook
backing which makes them ideal for attaching to our
outerwear,
Transport Packs,
vests and almost anything with a loop Velcro surface.
Slightly rounded corners to decrease snagging. They look
clean, are nice and durable, and hook Velcro won't stick to
them like normal embroidery. Overall matte with very low
reflectivity.
